What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you're not pleased with you order, please Email us at orders@merchcarnival.com to return your unused product. Unworn shirts can be exchanged within 21 days of delivery. In other words, clothing cannot be washed or worn & must have all of the original tags. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If there are any further questions please contact us. Please include your packaging slip with your package. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We ship to almost every country around the world. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail Express International.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. We strive to ship within 3-4 business days of receiving your order.
